Introducing Miss XiaYan!!!! Isn't she beautiful? Of course she is!!!
China granted us Pre-Approval today. Whoo-hooo!!! It has take on average 4-5 weeks. It took us a week and a half.
Xia means "Summer" and Yan means "Swallow (the bird)". I have had 1 person say Xia is pronounced "See-ah". She loves playing outside and playing with other kids. Good thing right?

We just locked our little girl on March 27th. We are waiting for our PA, so it was nice to see that you got yours today. We are day 11, so hopefully soon.
